�YOGA� means �union�. Yoga is a form of exercise based on the belief that the body & breath are intimately connected with the mind. Power yoga comprises of yogic exercises done in a series, without stopping. What makes it distinctive is the vinyasa, or connecting movement between the postures and the "series" or the sequential linking of the postures. The non-stop movements in power yoga increase your physical endurance and also your ability to focus on any task for a long duration without breaking your concentration. It is the only form of yoga where you will feel the heat radiating from your body and will be sweating continuously.

I joined JG`s gym for ante-natal exercise and probably this was one of the best decision during pregnancy. Anupa, my trainer, exactly knows the regime a pregnant woman needs to follow. 10 years and still going strong!
